If you would like us to paint your miniatures, simply send us an email with your requirements (or use the contact form) and we can advise you on the total price and estimated start date and completion time.  

We can order figures for you from any manufacturer, for this service we will send you a Paypal invoice for the cost of the figures plus any postage cost (we do add an additional 5% to cover paypal fees).  Once payment has been received we will order your figures.  A conformation email will be sent to you when the figures are with us.

We usually ask customer to allow us 6 to 8 weeks to complete commissions, this does vary depending on how busy we are and how many figures you require us to paint.  Once we have complete the commission we will email you with photos of the figures.  Once you confirm that you are happy with the work we will send a Paypal invoice for the total payment (we don't add any extra on for paypal fees with this invoice).

We ask that all payments be made within 7 days of invoice date, once payment is made we will send your figures out using a tracked and signed delivery service.

Unpaid invoices - please note, if invoice are not paid then after 30 days the figures will be sold by us to cover our costs.
