Lancer Miniatures kindly sent us a sample of their new 20mm Panzer 38t. It is a resin tank cast in two parts, the hull with a seperat turret.
The tank was very well cast with no mould lines or pin holes and very easy to paint up. I used Army Painter warpaint Necromancer Cloak for the Panzer grey and gave the whole tank a very weathered and muddy look with various shades of vallejo browns. A wash of Raw Umber artist acrylic then chalk of various earth colours was flicked onto the tracks and road wheels to give a thicker muddy look.
I had some Skytrex transfers which I used for the tactical numbers on the turret, once these were applied, the whole tank got a coat of matt varnish.
End result, a nice little model of the famous Panzer 38t, well worth a look if you are in the market for some of these little tanks.
